This fiber laser welding machine is designed for precise metal joining with minimal deformation and strong weld integrity. It is equipped with a high-efficiency fiber laser source available in 1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2 kW, and 3 kW power configurations. Operating at a center wavelength of 1080 nm, the system ensures stable beam transmission and effective penetration during welding operations. The integrated optical system and adjustable pulse modulation frequency range from 1 to 20,000 Hz provide controlled energy output for welding, cutting, and surface treatment processes. The machine is capable of processing stainless steel up to 6 mm, mild steel up to 6 mm, galvanized sheets up to 5 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm, and brass up to 2 mm thickness under maximum configuration.
